Every year, there are more than 200,000 stroke patients in Vietnam. Especially, there are about 15,000 to 20,000 cases in the Mekong Delta.

After more than one year of operation, Can Tho Stroke International Services General Hospital has cured thousands of stroke cases.

We have witnessed and understood many stories of life and death when a stroke can happen at any time and not exclude anyone. We deeply understand the families’ desire for the patients to be saved that is unfortunately sometimes impossible due to their poverty.

With the humanitarian purpose of reducing the financial burden for poor patients suffering from stroke, along with the noble meaning of saving people, regardless of their being rich or poor, we have been supported and licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, officially established Charity Foundation for poor patients suffering from stroke in the Mekong Delta (S.I.S Charity Foundation) under decision No. 487/QD-BNV, dated 06 July 2020 of the Minister of Home Affairs.
